Wishlisted Products

See which products your customers are saving the most, shop-wide.

Overview

The Wishlisted Products page ranks your catalog by how often each product has been saved across every customer's wishlist — guest and logged-in alike. It's a quick way to spot what's popular before it necessarily shows up in your sales numbers.

Benefits

  • Identify high-interest products that customers are "window shopping" but haven't purchased yet
  • Spot opportunities for promotions, restocks, or featured placement
  • No manual tracking required — the list updates automatically as customers save items

Where to Find It

Apps ↓ BRIX: Wishlist Plus ↓ Saved Products

How to Use

  1. Open the app and go to Saved Products in the app navigation.
  2. Review the table, sorted by wishlist count (highest first by default).
  3. Use the search box to find a specific product by title.
  4. Use the sort control to switch between Highest first and Lowest first.
  5. Click a product to open it in your Shopify admin.

Available Settings

This page has no configurable settings — it's a reporting view. It displays:

ColumnDescription
ProductThumbnail and title, linking to the product in your Shopify admin
WishlistedNumber of times the product has been added to a wishlist
PricePrice captured at the time of the most recent wishlist addition
Updated atDate of the most recent wishlist activity for that product

Best Practices

  • Cross-reference this list with your Analytics "Top wishlisted products" chart for a date-ranged view of trending items.
  • If a heavily wishlisted product is out of stock, consider prioritizing a restock — customers have already shown intent.
  • Use this list alongside Wishlist Orders to see which wishlisted products are actually converting to sales versus just being saved.

Notes

  • Pricing shown reflects the price at the time it was most recently added to a wishlist, not necessarily your current live price. For live pricing per customer, see the Customers detail page.
  • The list shows up to the top 250 most-wishlisted products.
  • Only active wishlists are counted; items in deleted wishlists don't count toward these totals.

Troubleshooting

A product I know is popular isn't showing up. Confirm the product has actually been added to a wishlist (not just viewed), and that the wishlist buttons are enabled and visible on your storefront.

The price shown doesn't match my current price. This is expected — the price shown is from the time of the most recent wishlist addition, not live pricing.
